At Fynar, every item is crafted and shipped with care. We value your trust and want you to feel confident when shopping with us. While we operate under a strict final sale policy, we’re committed to resolving any genuine issues quickly and fairly.


All Sales Are Final – Here's Why

As a boutique brand, every order is made and handled with precision. For this reason, all sales are final once placed.
We encourage customers to:

  • Carefully read product descriptions

  • Use our detailed size guide

  • Reach out with any questions prior to purchase

This ensures the best shopping experience and helps us maintain affordable pricing and quality control.


If Something’s Wrong, We’ll Make It Right

We understand that rare issues can occur during shipping or production. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, we’re here to help.

To qualify for a resolution:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of delivery

  • Email clear photos of the item and packaging to fynarfashion@gmail.com

Once reviewed, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement (shipped at no extra cost), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

We aim to resolve all valid claims swiftly, typically within 3 business days.


Orders Delayed or Lost in Transit

Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to carrier disruptions or customs clearance. If your parcel is:

  • 10+ business days beyond the estimated delivery window

  • And tracking shows no movement

Please contact us for support. We will verify the situation and, if deemed lost, we’ll either refund you in full or resend your items.


Delivery Confirmed but Package Not Received?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel:

  • Check with neighbours or your local post office

  • Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation

Unfortunately, once a package is marked as delivered, Fynar cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. However, we will assist with all available delivery records to support your investigation.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to our final sale model, we do not accept returns or size-based exchanges. Please use the size chart provided and feel free to email us before placing your order if unsure. We're happy to assist in selecting the right fit.
